All items are final sale. We do not allow exchange or refunds on any item unless they are received damaged, defective or if you have received the wrong item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a return for damaged, defective or wrong items , you can contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery. If your return is accepted, return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not except returns on the following items under any circumstance:
- Personal care goods (including masks)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
